Capital 🚧

Your capital is the cell where your civilization starts. A Builder founds it with the Found Capital action — one per player, one-shot, irreversible.

Why it matters

• Acts as the anchor for your territory.
• Currently founding it is the only way to “place” yourself on the map after spawning a Builder.
• Deleting your account removes the capital.

More mechanics (capital bonuses, defenses, relocation) are in development.
