Why is a Cells in the water but its actualy on land ?
If the cell is close to an ocean, this is linkt to innacuracies in the system and can not be fixed. If a cell is categorizes ad water, but is inside land please feel free to raise an issue.
My hometown is missing
The city dataset is imported from Geonames using a 15 000 population minimum, so smaller towns aren’t in the game at all. See Updates for the refresh cadence.
I’m not earning Currency anymore.
Two likely reasons:
- You hit the 1000 currency cap. Spend some and the next tick will land.
- You haven’t been active in a while. Income drops to 50% after 6 hours of inactivity and to 0% after 24 hours. Open the game to reset the timer.
Why didn’t capturing the enemy cell happen instantly?
Stealing a cell takes a 6 hour window — see Capture. Neutral cells flip instantly, enemy cells don’t.
My Tank won’t move into the ocean.
Land units (Scout, Tank, Builder) need a Port before they can cross water. StealthJet flies over both, Destroyer is water-only.
A unit I built disappeared.
It was probably killed by another player, or you deleted your Capital / account. Check your notifications — you get one when a unit is destroyed.
Why is my balance going down even when I’m not spending?
Units cost maintenance every tick. If you own more units than your income covers, you’ll bleed currency. See the economy panel on your Profile.
Can I attack a player without capturing their cell?
Yes. Any military unit with an attack action can damage enemy units regardless of whose cell they’re on. Capturing the cell is a separate step that needs a Tank or StealthJet and 6 hours of holding it.
Are there resets or seasons?
No. The world is persistent. The Leaderboard is computed live from current state, not over a season.
